what payment methods do you accept?

GCash and BPI bank transfer. We also have automated payment gateways for Gcash and Paymaya that comes with 2.9% processing fees (credit/debit cards portal coming soon!)

For manual payments, please email proof of payment to kozzymerch@gmail.com within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation. You may also send proof via FB/IG: @ruiijikun.

how is shipping handled?

we got standard delivery and same-day delivery (for Metro Manila only).

for same-day deliveries, please wait for my email/text before booking.

what is your return policy?

if the return is due to a product defect or error on our part you may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. please email me at kozzymerch@gmail.com immediately.

items must be in their original condition with the box attached. i'll cover the return shipping costs. otherwise, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

can I cancel my order?

you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, the order will be processed, and our standard return policy will apply.

how do I track my order?

once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and text with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to track the status of your order.
